CandiQuest provides online job advertising solutions for recruiters and agencies that help them distribute advertisements accross websites and mobile applications and measure the performance of their online advertising campaigns while protecting the internet users’ privacy.

3. Data collected by our advertising solutions
The legal basis for which CandiQuest is collecting and processing data on behalf of its clients is the internet user's explicit consent given on its clients' websites.
When you click on a job advertisement distributed by our advertising solution on a website or a mobile application, the software collects technical data such as: date and time of click on the advertisement; your IP address, your multimedia device's operating system, name and version of your browser used on this device as well as your geographical location.
When you visit the web page linked to the job advertisement that you clicked, our solution collects navigational data in connection with the clics on components displayed on the visited web pages during that session.
Conversion data (related to online applications or visits generated through web forms) and contact data are transmitted via a convertion tag placed on our clients' confirmation web page of the tracked action. Our clients are responsible for the data collection which are then recorded and stored on our servers.

CandiQuest technology uses web cookies to collect behavioral data. Our cookies are in a form of a small text file stored in your browser that contain an encrypted anynymous string of characters (ie anynymous identifier) that can only be read by our own system to recognize your browser.

Recruiters and agencies which distribute job advertisements through CandiQuest platform have only access to their data.
Recruiters and agencies use this data to increase the relevance of job advertisements that appear across websites that you may visit.
All collected data are stored in highly secure & encrypted proprietary servers located in France (Paris Region).
CandiQuest follows generally accepted industry standards to protect against unauthorized access to, destruction or disclosure of data. All our servers are protected by firewalls and nobody has access to these servers except CandiQuest's team.
